8. Key collection |

departure is not later than 11am unless by arrangement.
Please advise the office of your time of departure as soon as known.

10. Children |

The apartments in Monkstown Valley are most suitable for
children. They are on the ground floor with a nice garden outside the
balcony.
We can provide a folding bed for older children and a cot for the younger ones.

11. Cleaning |

Cleaning
during the stay is the responsibility of the visitor. We can provide cleaning
services at € 7 per hour.
Laundry service is also available.
Damage: We do not charge a damage deposit. However any damage/breakages
are chargeable at the end of the visit.
Most visitors kindly leave the apartment as they have found it.
If extensive cleaning is required, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning
fee of € 30

All apartments have: cable TV, video, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, fireplace,
phone, cooker, microwave, fully equipped kitchen, iron. Towels and linen
are included in the rent.

endeavour to adhere to a no-smoking policy inside our apartments. Each apartment
has a balcony where smoking is permitted.

uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) capabilities to encrypt the
channel between consumers who input their private information and the web server
where your site is hosted.
Pretty Good Privacy (PGP), the industry standard in email security, is then
used to encrypt information emailed from the secure server to your local
computer.
